From her early experiences at the iconic Ministry of Sound, PIL was captivated by the art of mixology. As she honed her skills, she showcased her talent in renowned establishments like Drinkculture cocktail bar and The Library Bar. Her passion for the craft later drew her to the enchanting landscapes of Thailand, where she flourished as the Bar Manager at the illustrious QBar and subsequently at Havana Social. Now, at 1826, PIL's creativity and passion are evident in every crafted cocktail, serving as a testament to her dedication and love for the art.
